Driving Directions:

From the North: Take the Tri-State Tollway, I294, South (towards Indiana) to I290 West (towards Rockford) then proceed with the instructions below.

Take the North/South Tollway, I355, South (towards Joliet). Turn off at the Route 64 - North Avenue Exit and turn Right. Proceed 3.3 miles and turn Left onto Schmale Road. Continue for 1.8 miles and then make a Left onto Thornhill Drive. Turn Left into the Mona Kea Medical Park.

From the South: Take the Tri-State Tollway, I294, North (towards Wisconsin) to the North/South Tollway, I355, North. Turn off at the Route 64 - North Avenue Exit and turn Left. Proceed 3.3 miles and turn Left onto Schmale Road. Continue for 1.8 miles and then make a Left onto Thornhill Drive. Turn Left into the Mona Kea Medical Park.

From the East: Take Route 64 (North Avenue) West and turn Left onto Schmale Road. Continue for 1.8 miles and turn Left onto Thornhill Drive. Turn Left into the Mona Kea Medical Park.

From the West: Take Route 64 (North Avenue) East and turn Right onto Schmale Road. Continue for 1.8 miles and turn Left onto Thornhill Drive. Turn Left into the Mona Kea Medical Park.
